No, the only thing what you have to do is waiting for J480's setup email.

Cheat Purchases are setup by me. VIP's are also usually setup by me.
Most purchases are set-up the same day of purchase. Unless bought overnight, in which case they will be set-up when I wake up.
In extreme situations please allow for up to 24 hours for activation of your purchases.

Jimster will make you a VIP, and once that is completed you will have access to the VIP Forums as well as others. You also will be able to use the cheat .
