You were connected to a VPN then your normal IP within 15 minutes. Put in a ticket or wait half an hour and you should be able to use LC again, also Windows Key + R > Ipconfig /flushdns to ensure it doesn't cause issue.
It's a prevention method to prevent account-sharing. I've made this mistake so many times it's unbelievable. If memory serves it's a 15min cooldown on it.
Send a aupport ticket with your cheats username and Ip ban next to it. Keep in mind if this happens multiple times you will not be excused. For that talk to your isp provider to change your ip.

1. By spamming our system instead of using "edit button" and edit your first message you will have to wait more time for our response.
