Depends, it's an internal cheat so unless you plan on multicore=off then you're gonna be fine.

70-90 with Multicore ON..
Well, so if you buy this hack here, you have to play with the newworldtoscreen option [neww2s], so you can play with Multicore ON, and still
have ~60-80 FPS.
Playing with activated multicore rendering affects the Recoilcontrol, so you have to higher the settings of the recoil values.
If I were you, and you're used to lower than average FPS, I would give it a shot.
