Yes, although there are workarounds. Unfortunately they don't work in Community servers.

Sorry Aaron but he missexpressed. Sometimes on DM the hack crash the game because the way it works. You can play MM / Leagues, DM you can crash.
And yes, you can play whit multicore ON, but it's not reliable as whit multicore OFF.
I play whit multicore ON for exemple and works 100% for me. Sometimes i crash but it's your call.

As i said i play whit multicore on, that's why i crash but that's my call. It depends. Sometimes once every 2 or 3 games, sometimes i didn't even crash playing 10 games in a row.

hm then its not so bad, also can you have the cheat on usb?

Never use the hack whit usb unless it's unsecure server. It's safer to use it on your own HD. I'm not sure about that but don't use the hack at desktop.

You can use your cheat from usb, but dont unplug your pendrive when you are in game.
