Feedback on my work? (I need support)

Basically I'm trying hard to get accepted as a graphic designer by Tox, he says that if I can get good feedback on my thumbnails and wallpapers for LC then he'll promote me, any positive feedback or constructive criticism is appreciated. Every time you give me good feedback, the further I get. Thanks

That blue one theme on the Cobblestone map is the only one I like.

That mirage fire has a bad logo quality and blue+red what's this.. FailFish
The dust2 one is a decent one, but personally I don't like that effect.
So far I like 1 of 4 images

the logo in that one should also be not as tall and 3d like the other logo

Here we go, a more clean and simplistic approach, for those who said that they were more interested in my other LC wallpaper in this style, this is more tailored to what you suggested. What do you think guys?

it's literally the blandest design ever though, as for the 3d thing, I wanted to keep it simple and flat I guess is the right word

As a web and graphic designer myself, I strongly advise you to study concepts and harmony between colors. There is nothing wrong in being new and trying new things, but don't overdoit, design tend to be tricky at the beggining.

Look up for simple design concepts as color harmony and typhography, next go to developing your own logos (trust me, this helps a lot), for last I strongly suggest you to watch some web tutorials (there's tons of it).

If you want to know more about me, I can post some stuff that I work on later! Keep it up.
