1b. Does it give extra Settings for this?
2. Is this Cheat External or Internal?
3. What cheat u prefer for 99damage?

if you do not understand English some german people can also help you but to answer your questions

1a. Not currently there is a closed beta right now that works for faceit client and Eac that includes 99damage etc. that will be out for public use very soon but as of right now you can not use it you have to wait for final release.
1b. not sure what you mean by extra settings
2. internal, no drivers, no kernel mode or special boot up
3. When the bypass for Eac/99dmg does come out it will only be supported in the Proleague version which isn't even out yet so again just wait

I just took your Answer and translated it, with few other Aspects

1a: Zur Zeit kann man nur mit Beta Access LC 3.0 auf FaceIT und anderen Plattformen benutzen. Public wird die Beta aber erst in naher Zukunft werden, da immer noch getestet wird, um die höchstmögliche Sicherheit zu gewähren.

1b: Wenn du extra Settings wie für z.B. FaceIT und MM meinst dann gibt es da genügend Free Settings im Forum. Du kannst aber auch deine Config auf dich und deine Bedürfnisse von LC Admins zuschneiden lassen, was allerdings Geld und ein paar Tage Wartezeit in Anspruch nehmen wird.

2: Internal.

3: Wenn die Beta, also der Bypass für FaceIT und andere Plattformen draußen ist, dann wird es verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten geben. Einmal das Non League Packet für 25$/Monat, was nur MM suported. League-Packet für Gfinity/GC/ESL für 35$/Monat. Und das PRO League Packet, welches FaceIT und EAC für 50$/Monat supporten wird.
