How Do I contact admins?

says "Please enter a valid message." everytime I try to creat a ticket

Well, click at "support tickets" -> "Submit new ticket" -> Set a Department in the droplist -> Enter a title -> Enter a message -> click "open"

Sometimes I dont see there "enter message" so i just F5 and its ok
