Well, we have been providing ESL Cheats since 2008 and the cheats has never been detected on ESL Wire.
The cheat is internal but it's not an engine internal like most other cheats are (engine cheats are easily detectable). But we still have a perfect vischeck & you can use the cheat in fullscreen etc.
