Questions before i purchase

I played CS:GO for the first time last weekend, but before that i used to play a lot of CS 1.6 back in the days.
Now i have read good about your hack in this forum but i do however, have a few questions.

1. I usually play on internet cafes or when i am at friends (1-2 days a week) will this be possible with the IP lock?
2. If i am at the internet cafe and i want to use the cheat, how would i load it? I don't think i have access to insert hardware and i probably can't download from browser either. Do you have any ideas?
3. Is it detectable on competetive mode (where you play in ranks, Gold nova etc.)?
4. This is probably the wrong place to put this question but you say when purchashing that it is possible to buy a PRO Config setup by Tox for 90$, but what can this config do? I mean what should i expect?

1. If you dont change your ip on every 12 hours is ok.
2. You can copy cheat from pendrive to this PC on same localization what you use at your home computer.
3. No if you dont play blatant with wh or tb ofc
4. All what you want. ToX make it for you individually.

2. If you won't be able to use any pendrive or web browser to dl anything You can try to put cheat in workshop > dl map > unzip > run cheat? Profit?
3. Software is UD, but if u play like retard you can get Overwatch ban (VAC <> OW)
