I dunno maybe @ToX could answer this one. I had one of the guys I helped out do that for his friend so why not .

He needs to write there your username&password so later you will be able to use it. After he recive setup email from @Jimster480 he will need to resend it to you also u will need some proof of owning orginal payment email.
