Fullscreen and multicore rendering?

I already bought the cheat, just waiting for Jimster to do his thing
But i remember last time i was there, you couldn't have the game in fullscreen and had to disable multicore rendering, just wondering is that still a thing?

yup you can have both of those things just you have to enable and disable some things to have it working for example for full screen you have to have nofont=1 on wich disables the menu to be able to alt tab, not sure about multicore rendering because I don't use that once again you can check the wiki

Multi cores aimbot will be weaker because it draws checks differently for maximum performance multicore off is best.
