On the client, when supported, all ESP *Should* work in fullscreen but not borderless etcwell, playerglow/esp/wh or w/e i mean
As far as visuals you should be able to use them on FaceIT in fullscreen, if that same tactic will work in EAC.... well I'm not too sure at this point in time and I don't have time to check into it again before release.
