Many pro players seem to be using same or similiar cheat just with other values is what im believing slowly.
There is one big thing i noticed, if you will check you will see it too. Their cheat has some sort of function thats have the crosshair snap to next closest target directly after the player makes a kill. sometimes this happens on positions where they shouldnt know and they will pull the crosshair away, but many times many attackers rush them, so they are perfectly ready for the next kill.
