So if I buy non-league version now will it be possible in the future if I can change this for league version ? (If yes ,how much?)

do you mean while your current subscription is still active ?

when u r res-subscribing u can change from nonleague to league version. and yea, if u buy now the non league version u can buy the league version after like 1 week for the normal price.
