I've been a customer of Leaguecheats for just a few days, but in those few days I've seen enough to really give a full review on the cheat.
1. Design/Usability: 9/10
Everything is fairly simple. You purchase the hack, you get manually activated within 24-48 hours (Painful hours but worth it in the end) and then you receive an email with instructions on how to proceed further. You can choose to either configure the settings in a .ini and then load the game to test them or simply use the in-game menu. I prefer the .ini file.
Completely new cheaters may have difficulties in the beginning with settings but don't worry, the community will help you out.
2. Features
This hack is not made to HvH. This is meant for legit purposes.
Aimbot: 10/10
For an internal cheat, the aimbot is great. It's extremely powerful. The RCS is great (once configured properly - it takes a few tries) and honestly everything about it is great once you tweak the settings for your gameplay. Overall, one of the best legit aimbots I've used.
Triggerbot: 8/10
The triggerbot itself is great but I can't give it a 10/10 because I don't use it enough.
Visuals: 7/10
Personally I've only tried ESP a few times but I don't really like it. It has nice features and works really great in MM / Pub games but not in Faceit where I spend all my time. It's not persistent and it doesn't have a long range when playing Faceit games, therefor my 7/10.

3. Security: 10/10
As stated above, I've only been a customer for a few days, but I'm very satisfied so far. The effort that Jimster480 is incredible. Creds to you!
4. Support: 10/10
The staff and customers are very quick to respond. Just by looking around the support forum, it seems that everybody is willing to help you get the hack up and running. Also, they update their cheats with game/engine/steam updates very quickly so you're really not dealing with a lot of cheat downtime.
5. Price: 10/10
If you pay for quality, you get quality. Nothing more to add.
Conclusion:
I have used plenty of cheats in the past, and I believe I found my new home with Leaguecheats. The cheat is really solid, the aimbot/triggerbot is powerful if configured right and the visuals (though it has its share of problems) is great too. If you're looking for a legit hack to play in public servers / matchmaking / leagues, then Leaguecheats should be a top choice.
