requirements for pro league cheat

I want to buy the league version of the cheat but would like to upgrade to the "pro" league cheat when it is out of beta access.

what kind of requirements do I need to fulfill to be able to buy it.

also does anyone know what the price would be?

ID, and proof of who you are + Leaguecheats subscriber (at least 6 months of total usage our software) ... Buy first a league version.

This is for Beta Access, which means anticipated access before the release. When 3.0 come out for good the requirements will be much lighter.
