Reguarding the client

Will the client effect the performance on my computer, and is it somewhat safe to use in competitive mode?

No, the cheat is pretty lightweight in performance usage. HyperAim Pro is alright for competitive; you need to keep FoV pretty low though and use the aim bot a bit sparingly. Premium is really good honestly though, and I've never had people complain about overwatch when using semi-legit settings.
