It takes some time to do it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯started the whole FACEit ac by promising the community month after month so i dont see how they could get upset with paying customers when they ask. but they do, and u can get banned for it.

Yup, that's how it looks support system work those days.
We have pretty good forums database where almost 99.9% answers for any questions can be easily found just by using "SEARCH FUNCTION", just type word of your question and you are getting like 20+ answers from different forum sections.
Freeze sub? Yea, it's a nice gift from Staff to allow anyone freeze their subscription. I recommend this if you don't want to waste your sub days on matchmaking games.
