After cheat will update for faceit client to work,faceit will be on available on non-league or only on league ?

but if you don't have much report you can play with non league and no client but if 1 day they force you to download the client then u need to buy league version

No you can't. Full support for FaceIT will be available only for league version, but if you aren't forced to use AC yet you can play on non league version casue only SMAC protects from cheating.
