From what I can tell I was just as confused as you but it looks like a platform like faceit, esea that was set up by Fallen so its not in English since hes from Brazil

There is a private project for GC, you can have more info opening a support ticket regard this matter. For the actual release of it, it will be done soon and it'll cost you $75 per month.
