Tell him you purchased and he might ask you to provide the transaction ID/email you paid with. You can just go to his profile (http://leaguecheats.com/members/jimster480.2/) and post on his wall saying you purchased and you need help getting it set up, or you may PM him directly by finding his username (Jimster480) anywhere on the forums, clicking on it and clicking start a conversation.
