You can, you can change your IP a few times a day.

My IP address changing only after reboot router. I reboot my router once in 2-4 days. It's not problem for use leaguecheats, right? And else, if my IP changed how long i can wait before i can again use the hack?

That is fine then. If it changes like that then you won't have any interruptions. If you do get temp banned then you can put in a ticket to get unblocked.
