you should see "VIP" under you nicnkname in profile page.. but it can take 24 hours until you will be activated.. You will get e-mail from jimster with instructions (activation, download link, etc.)

Its only Jimster that can activate you for VIP because he is the one who got the access to the paypal account it wont help to submit support tickets and spam the forum.
