You wrote an Ticket and doesnt got answer? I maked a ticket and waited some hours and got the Answer (They life in other countrys other hours)
Then write again in the Ticket that they can see and
@ToX or other Admin , did he have a ticket open?
Maybe must only Jimster answer.
