You can play there with the non league version if you are not going to use their anti cheat client. The current LC public release does not support their anti cheat client, a bypass for that is already in beta phase and will be available in the near future, but there is no precise date I can give you.

They are using antycheat client soo answer is no you cant play on challengeme.gg

As far I know there is EAC, so you will need to be Beta user order to play there.
