Did i mess up somewhere or what i emailed jim made a support ticket etc still nothing Just wondering if i messed up i did what the staff told me
 
Yes i put my receipt even loged into my bank and showed it under transactions
well staffs should respond to the ticket don't worry maybe they are too busy thats why so just be patient and trust me u will receive it i understand that it is abnormal and you should have received your vip before but they must be busy don't worry you will get it have a great day

OK i thought imessed up somehow but what i understood from ur post with the support ticket i did it right thanks for clearing things up for me staff can feel free to respond also ill keep checking :)
