No, that is a literal wallhack, we have ESP, xesp, pixelesp and a few others.

Yes. I just took a few screenshots of the different things. Give me a sec and I'll upload them in a massive spoiler for you.

Spoiler: Different types

There's weapon esp which will show you which weapon an enemy has, or if you prefer you can show it to have how much ammo they have in their weapon, too.
You can XESP which is for less intrusive gameplay as it will just display XX at their location.
You have Entity esp which shows if they have the bomb or not.
There's Sequence ESP to see whether they're crouched, standing, walking and running.
Box ESP which is your typical ESP and some others which will show where a player is at the right side of your screen.

You will revive an email within 24 hours and then it will explain everything. I'd assume it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours. Jimster has been on and off quite frequently, but be patient is he coding stuff ATM.

It is standard process... just be patient and wait for the activation email by Jimster within 24 (sometimes 48) hours in general.
