What video card is recommended?

Yep, my buddy just returned my 6850 and is now using his r9 285.
That card is already almost 4 years old and has no problem with any game he plays getting 60+fps in 1080p.
He just plays Wow and Hots and some emulators and stuff though.
Just FYI the 6850 can do 60fps csgo 1080p high and overwatch 60fps also on medium.
Still runs perfectly fine with no issues despite being running almost 24/7 since I bought it in 2010. I've loaned it out to several friends over the years.
Support was just dropped for it this year after a whopping 8 years!
