Much people told it's bans for skin changer. All big project safe as i know. VAC never ban users for skin changer before hmm... Valve need more money?

valve thinks that a player who gave 5-10$ for a hack with skin changer now will buy skins or what?

Nope, i told about free skin changer software without esp aim. this is used by people who do not want play with hack. But they want to play with skins.
It's really popular in CIS community.

Na, my other friends who got banned never used SkinChanger. He had Skeet/gamesense and still got banned ^^
