You can buy a private build which works on ESEA but it's insanely costly.
LC is not lifetime, it's a monthly subscription.

the league version not detected on any league except for ESEA EAC.

the non league can be used for all the leagues that doesn't make you download a third party program.

For ESEA you can buy a private build but I dont think the coders is making them anymore and if he does they arent cheap.

For the LAN:

Yes it supports LAN 100% and no one will even notice it there are threads where you can learn how and what.

contact @Jimster480 he will let you know if there are Private builds available and if you have the money for it I would buy it cuz it supports everything not only ESEA all the other leagues too any of them.
