FaceIT is fully supported, ESL/CEVO/Twitch is supported without visuals right now. On twitch you can try to use the PixelESP we have which is only 1 pixel dot and it will most likely be lost in the compression of twitch so that people cannot see it.
(especially if you are playing in 1080p & streaming @ 720p the dot is mostly lost in compression).

All I can tell you now is to wait for the Proofings which will also include Streaming support so you will be able to Stream with Visuals/ESP other than Pixel

We have this feature @bobson It's called ESPonKey

And it will show the ESP as long as the espkey is held down.
You can also use pixelESP on a key, it will be possible to stream it as it gets lost in the other pixels when downscaling to 720.
