Beta supports FaceIT client. Public doesn't.
You need 5 months LC usage, 30 posts and 5 likes to be eligible for the beta.
 
ALL LEAGUES that support server side.
so you cant play esl cevo esea faceit if you have to use their AC client.
but if you dont have to use their client than you can use the cheats
