It's not automatic. Jimster will have to manually activate you.

You'll receive an email from jimster480 to your paypal email.
The email will contain all information that you need. You might need to reply to that mail before he can active you. I had to.

Jimster480 have been very active recently, so it shouldn't take to long if he's not out with friends tonight, because it's saturday.

Yea, the cheat buy links have all been directed to dump the user on a page that explains all of this stuff. So that people don't post questions like this.
Eventually there will be an automated buy system, but at the moment, I setup everyone myself and it has nothing to do with the forums.
