He is the only one banned, that's not a system detection. He must've either used any visual (LC doesn't support visuals YET, coming soon ™) and got banned because of that, or he had a fuckup when cheating (caught by the naked human eye). LC is not detected on ELS. No other reports came in.

That or he's lying about using LC and was paid by say platinum to shit talk LC
