Does it modify anything with Patchguard or things like that that risk my main while playing on alts?

Patchguard/DEP does not have to be disabled.

Your answer was mentioned above. If you're switching between accounts from the one you hack on to your main, we recommend you run CCleaner or PrivaZer then restart your computer.

One more question, in the Aimbot Multibone option, can you set chances? Since I will mostly be playing in the MG/MGE ranks, I want to set the aimbot to not headshot like a machine, but have like 50% body / 50% headshots etc. Is it possible to setup like this?

It's possible to have up to 3 Bones @ aimbot, so you can put 1 bone on head and 1 in the chest, then you have a smooth 50%/50% value .
