No, Esportal is not supported atm. You can find all supported anticheats here: https://leaguecheats.com/wiki/anti-cheat-support/

Edit: Seems like the months have been lowered to 3 months of usage: "If you have the requirements (3 months of usage of public version), you can open a Support Ticket to know more details.". You will most likely still need to accept the conditions and meet the other requirments

Jimster has been re-writing the bypass for eSportal as it requires a different bypass in comparison to our other cheats, he asked me a few hours ago if I had a PC which hadn't been banned on eSportal, which I have.
So testing may be on-going sooner rather than later.
