CSGO & Leagues Update

League Proofings Updated, Cleared for CEVO, New ESL Guide out soon

CSGO Cheats rebased for security.
DLL Update for non-league users.
Full Cheat update for League users (make sure to save your config).

FOV & Smooth & Trigger FOV Increments in menu changed to 0.5.
Also saves as a float now to settings.

Next Update should bring Silent Load and a few other Tweaks.

League Proof Changes should rollover to HL1 in a couple days.

As usual everything is on the Login Updater
