No.

As every other cheat on the market, it's possible to get detected by VAC, as for the 1.6 cheats etc they've been undetected 12-13 years or more, I don't have an exact timeframe but it's definitely over a decade.

5. Can I only use esp?

Possible, you can also purchase the ESP version.

6. Do I receive cheat instructions?

No idea what this means. If you want ESP, Aimbot etc then you'd be looking at the Multi version.
