You must be on 60hz monitor, I see the lag ToX is talking about, certain frags are lagging and some certain clips, but to me it's only little jumps, could be poor csgo recording, it looks to be a 1990 graphic styled game in this video though, who knows...

This jumps are from demo reasons i can do nothing to fix it
