The issue is its been over a month i tryed emailing him and making support tickets

So i never was able to make a Dispute bcuz my paypal account isnt trusted so what do i do

first of all use the Edit button because its not allowed to "spam".

So if you send the Money to jimster and he has it you must wait up to 24 Hours and
you get a Email on your PayPal Account so be patient.

If you got the Email then Link your account.

Tox told you if he hasn't responded to your email to contact paypal

Maybe your payment is on hold or something. Call PayPal and clear this with them.
