Possibly. If you wanna be certain, reinstall Windows to ensure you got rid of their driver. Although you could get detected at any time even after doing that due to Valve having proof of you using it (if they have it)
It's 50/50 and you better pray luck's on your side

I used aimjunkies on my main about a year ago and I used it on my smurf twice the next day the hint VAC wave hit and my alt got a VAC and my main didn't for some reason. I consider myself extremely lucky and haven't used crapjunkies since. I got a new PC after that not for that reason tho and I haven't had any problems since so I wouldn't worry too much:

To ensure you got rid of the driver they use, a windows reinstall is best.
