Safe since when

Hello,
I used to cheat with league cheats before. I don't know what it is today. I left league cheats with 5 banned account. I'd like to come back, however I have few question. The cheat is safe since when ? Is it hard to install ? Is there some users on your vip forum that got recently vac banned ?

No detections of the public cheats since March 2015.
The install is the same as last time you used it.
No VAC bans at all since April 2015, due to testing out the new VAC proofings.
