The issue about 2007 is due to readability... if you use letters, they should be placed on a layer without any distracting feature (such as the black ring). A good example is LEAGUE CHEATS, white letters on black base layer.
Otherwise nice work... maybe I would give League and est. 2007 a distortion for a 3D effect, and add Cheats at the C. In addition I would prefer to increase the size of the LEAGUE CHEATS plate across the ring border.
