Talk with @ToX he is the one to usually handle payment via skins.
@FaTaN and @Jimster480 can also give you some info.

Also note that you will have to overpay 30%-40% in cheat value mostly due to Valve taking a tax and some other stuff on market afaik about overpay. So let's say you want non league multi it will be around 35 USD.
