You can't get untrusted, but you can get banned on overwatch if you obviously hack since overwatch don't detect the cheat, but people watch you playing and they can tell if you are obviously cheating and this will result in a ban.

No, only untrusted ban you can get is ragehacking in casual then getting reported, then jumping into MM and getting reported. since the reports stack you'll get a case, don't play obvious and you'll be fine.

Could do, if you get reported enough.

Nope, as long as you don't restart your router every 15 minutes you should be fine.

No, so long as you don't prefire and trace people through walls.

Hard to say, only bans have been Overwatch bans from people either not caring and just going insane, or people who ragehacked thinking they'd be okay.
