But you don't have to have it disabled when using ESP. You can play with multicore rendering on if you want, but I know that many people including me have problem that esp boxes & aimspot is bugged some times.
But as I said, it's still in beta. Most of the crashes should be fixed atm.

MultiCore Rendering is in beta, but it shouldn't really crash if Multicore is on, but there will be "static" in the ESP & aimspot sometimes from interpolated entities re-rendered during the same frame.
