Credit card phone number verification on steam

Hey,
I want to add steam funds from my credit card.
When I select lets say 5€ steam wallet and then fill up credit card info, i have to fill phone number verification too.
Does the phone verification for CC counts as phone number sharing on which i can get vac banned ? (my phone number got a vac on record.)

Just used it to buy operation and prime, np for me too so far. So i think it's alright
