Couple of questions

1) Can I enable this cheat without restarting my computer or anything else very noticeable?

2) I want to keep my main account (no-cheat) and second account (cheat) separated. If I'm using cheat with my second account and want to change back to my main, do I then have to restart my computer or do something else?

Yes. You can't inject midgame though, most of the time you'll crash and gotta reload CS.

You don't need to do anything, we're not a driver or kernel based cheat, we don't install fancy shit or anything. You simply run your shortcut, run your game and you have cheats. Quit the game and you aint got jack, you can log into your other account and there's no traces.
Computer restart is option if you wanna be 100% sure.
